Cash on delivery
Take orders without a transfer first — but set your own rules clearly.
Turn cash on delivery on or off under “Settings” → “Payment”. When it is on, customers can pick it at checkout.

The COD fee is added to the customer's total and shown in the cart. On the parcel label, a cash-on-delivery order shows the amount the courier must collect — the courier then passes the money on to you. The packing fee and the couriers are set in Packing fee, delivery and couriers.
Cash on delivery with a deposit: on bigger orders you can ask the customer to pay part of the total first with your QR (and send the slip), and the courier collects the rest on delivery. For example 30 %: an order of 300,000 kip → the customer transfers 90,000 kip now and pays 210,000 kip to the courier.
- 1“Settings” → “Payment” → “Cash on delivery with a deposit”: tick “Ask a deposit on cash-on-delivery orders”
- 2Choose the deposit percentage and “For orders from (kip)”: the goods' value from which it applies — 0 = every cash-on-delivery order
- 3Press Save: customers read the terms under the “cash on delivery” button before they choose it, and see the QR with the deposit's amount at the last step
