When the money reaches you

Your customers' money goes straight to your bank account — LaoCart never touches it.

Customers transfer to your QR, or pay the courier in cash. The money arrives in your account directly, as fast as your bank or your courier passes it on. We are not in the middle and we take no commission on your sales.

“Confirming a payment” in the dashboard means: you have seen the money and you are recording that fact on the order. It does not fetch money for you — it only writes down what you already checked.

Taking payment with a QR and a slip
The customer transfers to your QR and uploads the slip — you check it and confirm.
Cash on delivery
Take orders without a transfer first — but set your own rules clearly.
Cancel, return and refund
