Cancel, return and refund

Three different things — and they do different things to your stock.

1Cancelled — the order never happened; stock goes back to the products automatically
2Returned — the customer sent the goods back; stock goes back too
3Refunded — a record that you sent the money back; if the parcel had not left yet, the stock goes back to the products, otherwise it is not touched

On the order's page: the status buttons — choose cancelled, returned or refunded, whichever really happened.
