Recording a sale made outside the website
Sold at the counter or on WhatsApp? Record it in the dashboard so the stock stays right and the customer has a history.
Every sale that did not go through the online shop — a customer buying in person, an order on WhatsApp or Messenger — can be recorded from the “Orders” menu → “Record a sale”. The order it creates has a code, a parcel label and a place in the statistics, like an order from the website.
- 1Open “Orders” and tap “Record a sale”
- 2Find the products and tap Add — change the quantity, or the price if you agreed another
- 3Enter the customer's name and phone number — with a number, the order joins the “Customers” page
- 4Say whether it was handed over or must be delivered, and how it was paid: cash, QR transfer, cash on delivery or not yet
- 5Check the “What will be recorded” box, then tap Record the sale
The “Customers” page groups orders by phone number — the same number written differently (020… or +856…) is one person. From there you record a new sale for a known customer in one tap. See Order statuses as well.
