Let the team build your shop (key in hand) and other paid services

Most shops are built by their owner, from a phone, for free. If you have no time or would rather not fiddle, the LaoCart team can do it — a paid service, separate from the plan. Every price is on the pricing page.

1. 1“Key in hand”: the team builds the whole shop — the products (the number is on the pricing page), logo, colours, settings, and trains you on the dashboard by video call. One invoice: the largest plan for one year + the building service
2. 2“We enter your products”: you build the shop yourself but send photos, names and prices, and the team enters them — several packs, by number of products
3. 3“Logo design” or “Banner design”: a picture made for your shop
4. 4“+25 products” and “Your own domain”: add-ons to a plan, ordered from the “Plan & billing” page

Key in hand always starts with a WhatsApp conversation: press the “Key in hand” button on the home page, on the pricing page or on your shop's “Plan & billing” page — the message to the team is written for you, you say what you sell. Once agreed, the team tells you to order: open “The LaoCart team told me to order” on that page, read the conditions, tick them, and the invoice is created — pay it and upload the slip like any invoice.
